Booking Policy

Thank you for choosing Chinx Beauty! Please read the following policies carefully before booking. These guidelines are in place to respect your time, my time, and to ensure a smooth experience for all clients.

Appointments

All appointments must be booked online at least 24–48 hours in advance.
Same-day bookings are subject only to availability and a $65 rush fee may apply.

Deposits

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment.
Deposit amount: $25–$50, depending on service .
Your deposit goes toward your final balance.
Remaining balance is due in cash or Venmo at the time of service.

Late Policy

You have a 15-minute grace period.
After 15 minutes, a $15 late fee will apply.
After 20 minutes, your appointment may be canceled and deposit forfeited.

Cancellations & No-Shows

You must cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment.
Late cancellations result in deposit forfeiture.
No-shows will be required to pay in full before rebooking or banned.
You must pay a new deposit to make a new appointment if rescheduling.

Traveling Appointments

I am a mobile stylist and offer travel across NYC & NJ.
A travel fee may apply based on your location.
Please ensure you have a clean, well-lit space ready for service.

Hair Prep

Hair must be washed, detangled, and product-free before your appointment unless you’ve booked a silk press or blow out.
Failure to prep hair properly may result in additional fees or rescheduling.

Media Consent

Photos/videos may be taken for promotional use (IG, portfolio, etc).
If you do not wish to be recorded, please let me know before your appointment.

Respect My Time & Craft

I work hard to provide a calm, professional experience. Please arrive on time, be respectful, and come ready to get slayed.

(Any problems with styling services, you have up to 24-48 hours to contact me to fix it. After 48 hours I am no longer responsible.)
